Our senior advisers are drawn from the industries and functions Periplus serves. The firm’s methodology is human-source: primary-source dialogue, specialised in-country teams with rare network access, and principal-led synthesis that converts insights from trusted conversations into judgement. Senior advisers are the client-facing layer of this model, providing sector-grounded judgement and co-delivery with principals, drawing on deep experience and relationships sustained through cycles of political and commercial change. The Founding Senior Adviser cohort is structured across ten sector verticals. Founding appointments are confidential until announced. Principals lead analytical synthesis and output, and direct methodology and network deployment. Collection, coordination, and analytical delivery are structurally separate.
